## What the product does
Email Sorter Ultimate performs DNS Type 15 (MX) lookups against each address in alist and files that address into a provider-specific output group. This is differentfrom sorting by the visible domain: a company using `you@yourcompany.com` may havemail actually hosted on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, which only the MX recordreveals. Users load a .txt or .csv list, click Start Task, then click Save List toexport one file per provider group.

It also includes a **Zimbra Judger** for detecting Zimbra Collaboration Suite (ZCS)hosting, which standard MX pattern matching frequently misclassifies. The ZimbraJudger checks canonical ZCS MX naming conventions (zm-, zmail, zbox, webmail-zimbra)across secondary MX trees, webmail and REST/SOAP endpoint signatures(/service/soap/, /zimbra/public/), Subject Alternative Name and Common Name valuesfrom STARTTLS certificates on ports 25/587, and mail server IP subnets againstASTGD's database of known higher-education and telecom Zimbra deployments.

## What the product does NOT do
Email Sorter Ultimate does not verify whether a mailbox exists or is deliverable. Itnever opens an SMTP connection to a recipient mail server, which is precisely why itcarries no spam-trap or bounce risk. Users who need mailbox-level validation shouldpair it with a separate verifier — the recommended workflow is to sort first, thenverify each provider-segregated batch.

## Privacy and data handling
All parsing, DNS querying and heuristic evaluation happens on the user's ownworkstation or internal server. No contact lists are uploaded to ASTGD servers. Thesoftware retains no diagnostic telemetry, analytics beacons or keystroke logs.Because no personally identifiable information is transferred to or processed by athird party, outreach operations using the tool remain compatible with GDPR and CCPAobligations. DNS queries go directly from the user's machine to public or corporateresolvers such as Cloudflare 1.1.1.1, Google 8.8.8.8, Quad9, or an internalBIND/PowerDNS instance.
