We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Technical Customer Support Specialists to join our team. As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, assisting them with a wide range of technical inquiries and issues. Your ability to empathize, communicate effectively, and provide accurate solutions will be essential in exceeding customer expectations.
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues, walking customers through step-by-step solutions.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in a detailed and organized manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Identify and report product issues or trends to help improve product quality and customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of support documentation and knowledge base articles
- Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring customers feel valued and understood.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance your technical skills and customer service expertise.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical field is a plus.
- Previous experience in technical customer support, help desk, or related roles is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for assisting customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude when dealing with customers.
- Familiarity with computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- AExperience with customer support software and ticketing systems is a plus.
