- Custom solutions where work is already delivered as per client requirements.
Cancellation Due to Delay:
- If ASTGD fails to deliver the agreed product/service within the stipulated timeline, customers may request a refund.

- Software or solutions that are functioning as per the agreed terms.
Technical Support Fees:
- Fees paid for technical support services are non-refundable.
