  • Refunds for custom software development will depend on the completion level of the project. A proportional refund may be granted for the unfinished portion of the work.

Non-Refundable Products/Services:

  • Products/services marked as "final sale" or discounted items.
  • Custom solutions where work is already delivered as per client requirements.

Cancellation Due to Delay:

  • If ASTGD fails to deliver the agreed product/service within the stipulated timeline, customers may request a refund.

2. Refund Process:

How to Request a Refund:

Submit a written request via email to info@astgd.com with the following details:
  • Invoice Number.
  • Description of the issue.
  • Relevant evidence such as screenshots or documentation.

Timeline for Refunds:

  • Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7-10 business days of submission.

Mode of Refund:

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, such as bank transfer, mobile banking, or payment gateway.

3. Exclusions and Limitations:

ASTGD is not liable for refunds in cases of:

  • Customer negligence or misuse of products/services.
  • Issues arising due to third-party integrations or dependencies not provided by ASTGD.
  • Software or solutions that are functioning as per the agreed terms.

Technical Support Fees:

  • Fees paid for technical support services are non-refundable.

4. General Guidelines:

  • Customers are advised to carefully review their orders before making payment.
  • Ensure all claims for refunds are backed with appropriate evidence for faster processing.
