Launch Extract Any Mail Ultimate

Open the software on your Windows PC and select Gmail as the email account type.

Choose OAuth 2.0

Select OAuth 2.0 as the Gmail authentication method and enter your Google Cloud client ID.

Sign in through Google

Complete authorization through Google's sign-in flow. Your Gmail password is not stored by Extract Any Mail Ultimate.

Choose Gmail folders or labels

Select the locations you want to scan, such as Inbox, Sent, Important or custom Gmail labels.

Start the extraction

The software scans the selected Gmail locations for email addresses and removes duplicate records automatically.

Export your results
